What is afterpay?
Afterpay is a digital payment service that allows you to buy now and pay later in four (4) equal fortnightly installments. You pay nothing extra if you pay on time. Can I purchase a custom design from your shop?
Sorry no you can’t, you have to request a quote for custom designs. The designs in our shop are specially created for fast turnarounds.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We usually like to turnaround orders from our shop within two (2) weeks (14 Days) from the time we receive your guest list spreadsheet and approval of your posted sample. If you’re not having your invitations personalised with guests names then we’ll have your invitations to you within two (2) weeks (14 days) after you approve your posted sample.
How will I receive my order?
We can express post your order to you, which will require a signature to collect or you can collect your order from our Cambooya studio.
Can I cancel my order?
If for some reason you need to cancel your order please do so in writing via email. There will be an administration and maybe a production charge which depends on how far into production your order is. These charges will be taken from your payment and you will be refunded the balance into a nominated bank account.
Custom Designed Invitations
When do I receive my invitations?
We usually like to allow 2 (two) weeks to have your invitations to you before the date you plan to send them out.
When should I order my wedding invitations and stationery?
Ideally you should order your wedding stationery a minimum of 6 (six) weeks before you plan to send out your invitations. We don’t keep a large selection of paper in stock, so your order can take up to 1 (one) week to be delivered from our paper merchant, and if the paper is out of stock it can take much longer. So the more time you give us the better and you won’t be disappointed in having to change your order. However in emergencies if we have your paper in stock we can take your order up to 2 (two) weeks before the date you plan on sending out your wedding invitations.
How long does it take to create my invitations?
Once we have the approval of your sample invitation and completed guest list spreadsheet it will take approx 2 (two) weeks to put together your order.
When should I send out my invitations?
Usually invitations are sent out 8 (eight) – 10 (ten) weeks before your wedding.
What date should I set my RSVP for?
Depending on your caterer it is usually 4 (four) weeks before the wedding.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No we don’t have a minimum order quantity however we have a set up fee for orders under 20 invitations.
Can I order a sample?
Absolutely! We can send a sample to you however we charge a small fee that is refunded if you accept our quote.
Are guests names printed on invitations?
Yes – we can print each guest and partners name on the invitation. We can also leave this space blank if you would prefer to write your guests names on yourself.
Can you add anything extra to the RSVP cards?
Yes we can so long as there is space to do so. Our RSVP postcard style cards include – stamp placeholder, guests names, tick boxes to accept or decline, dietary requirements and a song request.
Can you include blank invitations in my order?
We understand that sometimes when you put together your guest list that someone can be accidentally left off. Depending on the number of invitations you order we usually pop at least 1 blank invitation FREE of CHARGE in every order. We also advise you to order extra invitations in your initial order otherwise once your order is printed and you ask for more invitations, we have to charge a set up fee of $50 + the cost of the invitation suite.
What happens after I accept the quote?
Once we have received your deposit we will email you a spreadsheet with special fields for you to fill in with your guests names and addresses. It is extremely important that you double check the spelling of guests names and addresses as we take no responsibility for any errors in your spreadsheet. At the bottom of your quote you will find dates so you know when to have spreadsheets, wording etc back to us.
When do you require the wording for my invitations/wishing well?
We require the wording for your invitations and wishing well etc at least 6 (six) weeks before you plan on sending out your invitations. We have some examples on our wording examples page that may be of assistance. We email you a draft of your invitation, wishing well/information and rsvp card for your approval, then once we’ve received your approval we print a sample and post it to you, so you know exactly what you guests will receive.
When do I send the guest list spreadsheet back?
We require the completed spreadsheet at least 2 (two) weeks before you plan to send out your invitations. Make sure you have double checked the spelling on the spreadsheet as we take no responsibility for any errors. Please also ensure the names and addresses on your spreadsheet are in sentence case and not all in uppercase or lowercase.
How long do you need to print my Order of Service?
We require at least 1 (one) week to put together and print your Order of Services, so 3 (three) weeks before the wedding is good. We will send you a proof for your approval before we go to print. Ensure you have checked the wording with your Priest/Minister/Celebrant before you send the Order of Service to us.
When do I send my seating plan information?
We require your seating plan at least 2 (two) weeks before the wedding. We will send you the original guest list spreadsheet formatted so you can easily delete, add and sort guests into their table number and seat.
Can I collect my invitations?
Yes absolutely! If you live in the Toowoomba area we are only a short 10 minute drive from Kmart heading south towards Warwick.
How are my invitations delivered?
We use Express Post by Australia Post. It is a good idea if you are having them posted to have them delivered to a work address so someone will be there to receive them.
